Lost a couple of pieces from my Troll in a Hole set and these replacements were exactly what I needed. The ordering process was simple and the pieces arrived quickly, even with the £1.40 postage fee being totally reasonable. Nice to know they offer up to three free replacements if you ever misplace

Was hoping for quick delivery on these replacement pieces, but it took over a week to arrive. The pieces themselves match the originals well, though I wish the packaging had been sturdier to avoid any bending in transit.
