I was a bit skeptical about ordering a single replacement piece, but the packaging was secure and it fit perfectly into my set. The £1.40 postage fee felt reasonable for getting just the one missing part.

The replacement piece arrived quickly, which I appreciated, and the £1.40 postage fee is clearly outlined. That said, it's a bit of a hassle that you have to contact them first to get the free piece sorted, but the process worked as described. Fine for what it is, just don't expect any extras.
